Opening Doors Event Raises Nearly $80k For Student Scholarships
The Idaho Scholarship opens on October 1 each year, and each of the 8 state-controlled scholarships has unique application deadlines. Check them out here.
To meet the application deadline, you must submit your application materials by 23:59 on the scholarship closing date. Note that all timestamps are recorded in MST (US Standard Mountain Time).
For any scholarship that requires completion of the FAFSA, you must have it submitted to Federal Student Aid by March 1 at 11:59 p.m.
It is always best to submit your application before 23:59 to avoid any last minute problems with your computer or internet access that could cause you to miss the deadline!

Any Idaho high school student, homeschooled student, or individual who earned their GED or HSE in Idaho.
Scholarship Idaho uses your SSN as your unique student ID when we receive your application so we know it represents a unique student – YOU! We also need it to make sure we capture your FAFSA data in case you apply for the state-administered scholarships you need.
The only students who can apply without an SSN are DACA students. If you are a DACA student applying, please use your tax identification number if you have one.
